Even if the valuation was off by a third, $1.2b is still significant enough to take seriously. The appears to be a lot of heavy discounting of intellectual assets, especially patents, by financial institutions and buyers because of transparency and liquidity issues. The market, I think, will eventually address bring this in line with reality. Time will tell.</p> Good point, Duncan.
