Patents generally don’t state their expiry date – this blog had a brief rant about this in late May.
I’ve just been flicking through Ocean Tomo’s Catalogue for the upcoming 2008 European Live IP Auction (which I’m attending as I’m speaking at the concurrent IP Business Congress).
Crazy as it sounds, none of the patents listed in that Catalogue list expiry dates.
Come on guys, how hard can this be?
