I have tried to make this as succinct as possible; but include what i think are the 4 key elements of: i) Delivering business plan ii) Managing risk iii) Do not have access to unlimited funds iv) Non-optional. The only option is whether it's explicitly defined, agreed by the board and commonly understood or otherwise. How about:
