		<description>&lt;p&gt;Wow!! is all I can say.&#160; It seems to me to fly in the face of basic chemistry, but then I guess that&#039;s why we have experts in court.&#160; I&#039;m still not convinced though and can see why Navinta thought that this was just another evergreening attempt by an innovator.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;GenericsWeb are just about to publish an article in our INNsight newsletter about Gatifloxacin, also commercially available in solution and also protected by an Orange-Book Listed hydrate patent. Apotex does not appear to have been sued in respect of this patent upon filing the PIV for this product, although they were sued for a different, formulation patent.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Still digging on this one but I wonder if this would change Allergan&#039;s strategy in the US and how??&lt;/p&gt;</description>
