Who we are

We’d rather focus on being the best than trying to be the biggest. This means that we are incredibly careful about who we choose to join our team – there aren’t many places.

Each person in our team has been hand-picked (literally after hours and hours of analysis and interviews) for their unusual abilities, personality and approach. A first class resume and world leading expertise are just the beginning, prospective team members have to be a pleasure to deal with, or they won’t make the grade.

Our team is constantly under enormous pressure, working in a global and virtual environment, with clients and other team members across multiple time zones. The issues we tend to deal with are usually difficult, ground breaking and incredibly important to our clients. Being easy to work with in the middle of all that has to be second nature or it won’t happen.
