Ben heads up our online and tech area.  He works closely with clients on their intellectual property strategy in a range of industries outside of this area as well.

Ben Lehman is an experienced technology and IP lawyer and was previously General Counsel of Melbourne IT Limited, an ASX listed company and one of the world’s largest domain name registrars and providers of online services. Ben has advised many public and private clients in all aspects of technology transactions and has served in a senior non-partner role at a leading international law firm. Ben also holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science and worked previously as a software developer and network administrator.

Ben is one of three co-founders of Remarqueble, a company which allows you to register a trademark online.
